Founder Dorothea Gioe draws on two decades of experience in government and business to help organizations navigate shifting geopolitical trends and build the teams they’ll need to meet tomorrow’s challenges. She has extensive experience in Africa, the Middle East and Europe, operating fluidly in both corporate and crisis environments.

Co-Founder David Gioe, PhD, combines a rigorous academic background (Cambridge, King’s College London, West Point) with prior service with CIA and FBI and current military service as a Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves. He is a qualified Information Dominance Warfare Officer, Foreign Area Officer (European Command), and Naval Attaché.
